Dear Mr Mohit,

Please note that I have not communicated with you earlier over mail as
mentioned in your email.

I had received a call from Ms Sakshi Rawat today, who informed me regarding
the cancellation of the flight.

Kindly provide me the reason for the same.I was told that the flight has
been canceled because of some Regulation of the Aviation Ministry.If so
please provide details of the same.

Please note that I cannot travel before the said date because my children
have school.
We cannot travel after the said date because the hotel bookings at Goa are
non changeable.

Moreover the alternate arrangement being offered to me is also not as per my
original booking.
I am being offered accommodation in Kolkata-Mumbai Flight and then after a
wait of about 3-4 hrs a flight to Goa,whereas I had initially booked a
ticket on a Calcutta-Goa direct flight without any stopover at Mumbai.

It is evident that the airlines for its own convenience has arbitrarily
changed the scheduling under the pretext and excuse that the same is as per
some regulation from the Aviation Ministry or some other Goverment
Regulation which is confidential and cannot be disclosed to the customer.I
refuse the believe the same with documentary evidence.

I am forwarding a copy of this mail to the DCGA for their information also.


If no valid reason is given to me for the cancellation then I shall be
taking the matter to the consumers court and claiming for full compensation
for my entire re booking of tickets and hotels.
