    Thumbs down Deduction of moneybut booking has not been done.

    Hi Team,

    Today morning (18th aug, 1:03pm) I tried to book a airline ticket for Chennai to Delhi(round trip). Money has been deducted from my account but ticket has not been booked.
    So please let me know can I get my money back or not Because the airlines people are saying that booking has not been done on their side and they also haven’t any record regarding that.
    Please do the needful and let me know regarding the refund ASAP

    NOTE: Please find the attached payment printout document.
