Respected Sir
Myself Arindam Sen I am from Kolkata, Santiniketan. Now I am Staying
at Bangalore, in Bangalore my Residential is Doddamani Krishanan
Recedency, Room no-8, Arikere, Bannarghatta Road.
I have booked a ticket of Kingfisher airlines (IT0431) on 1st week of April 2009
for 19th September 2009, my PNR no is” DRVAVB” .The ticket is booked
for three person,1st is myself,2nd Kajal Sen,3rd one Tripti Kana Sen.
On 28/07/2009 I check my ticket online and I came to know that the flight got
changed from Kingfisher airlines services to Kingfisher Red Service,
Still 28th of July I have not gets any information regarding the same from any
source of kingfisher airlines.
I am having a very worst experience with kingfisher red services so simply I
don’t want to travel with the Red service, I talked with the customer
services of kingfisher Bangalore they told me that if I want they will refund me
the full fare but my concern is that on the same date (19th
September) and for the same destiny (Bangalore to Kolkata) I am not going to get
any ticket with the same price with which I booked the ticket of kingfisher flight.
Regarding the same I mailed them on 29th of July, till date I have not get any
response from there side.
I need your help regarding this kind of bluff business from the well known company
like kingfisher
Please fiend the mail below which I written to them regarding the same issue
