Pls. note that I had booked following ticket through Yatra. # From Chennai to Bangalore # Date: 10/06/20009 # Air Line: IC- Indian # Flight No.: 543 # Dep. Time: 7:35 PM # Ticket Rate: @ 2,800/- Rs. Now, some how this flight got canceled by Air India. So I called Air India office and asked them the reason behind this cancellation of Flight. They told due to some Technical reason this flight has been canceled. So I asked them what about refund of the Ticket. They told 100 % Refund you will get it. So I cancelled the ticket vide following details. # Cancellation Date: 29/05/2009 # Air India Cancellation No.: 1738 I/29th May # Operator Name: Ms. Shilp After that I have sent minimum 10 reminders and proper details also been given to Yatra as well as Air India people. Now, After tis proper details also neither of them are willing to give me a refund. For your ready reference I have attached our correspondece as below. I have other mails also, but this one mail is just for your information. Pls. inform us what should I do inthis situation ??
