This is with regards to the tickets booked from Mumbai to Vizag for the 27th of May 2011 on flight SG401, departing at 05:20 AM . My mother and sister were travelling on the above mentioned flight. What happened was that there was a fire in the baggage hold of the plane after takeoff, the flight was immediately called back to Mumbai and all the passengers were asked to get off.

Now, due to the fire in the plane, one large suitcase owned by my sister was completely burnt. My mother and sister had to wait for over 7 hours at the airport due to police investigation. Since they could not move around due to the ongoing investigation, both my mother and sister had requested the airline employees almost 10 times to provide them with at least a bottle of water. None of this was given to them.

Finally after over 7 hours of waiting without food or water, my mother and sister were given the flight tickets for the 4th of June 2011 on the same flight.

On the 4th of June 2011, Once again the airline managed to ruin the trip by cancelling the flight less than 2 hours before departure. On this occasion again my mother and sister were made to wait at the airport for over 6 hours without food or water. The flight was supposed to leave at 05:20 AM. Until I had reached Mumbai airport at 11:00 AM, not even water was given to them. I had
