    Default Spicejet Ezeego1 Ticket cancel policy

    Hi,

    I had booked my ticket through Ezeego1 website which had an offer running Buy one get one ticket free.
    Going through the website while booking the ticket, there was a box which said that please validate your card to see if you are eligible for the offer or not. I checked if my card was eligible or not. After that I went ahead with my normal booking procedure. Nowhere in the process was there a question asking me if I wish to avail of this offer. Now by default(in words of the floor supervisor o Ezeego1) because they had an offer running and I was using the same card, my ticket also got booked through this offer. & the ticket being non-cancellable in this offer, I would have to re-schedule it & pay Rs.500 to ezeego1 for amending it.
    I would like to know if I can take any action against them because everywhere on the site it was mentioned that I'm eligible for this offer but not once do they ask whether you wish to avail of this offer. Please tell me what course of action can I take against them.

    Thumbs down Ezeego hotel reservation fraud

    Booked a(so-called) 3 star property,The Flushing Meadows at Goa thru Ezeego1 and went for a holiday which we had been looking forward to for a year. The property was the most dissappointing experience ever. Dark,dirty dingy rooms and batrooms filled with cockroaches. The noisy airconditioning just added on to this. We sat up the whole night, tried a zillion times to call ezeego1 as well as their counterpart in fraud in Goa. They never seemed to be the least bit interested. The next morning we cancelled and went to a good 4 star property and since we had made the booking last minute, had to shell out a bomb for this. Wonder how ezeego1 could sell such a downmarket place as a 3 star property. Is there no policy to control this rating that is given in the ezeego1 site? If we had not moved to the new place, this trip would have been such a let down. Ezeego1 never refunded a single PIE though.
