Pranay changed a ticket for me when I called up the 1-866-4-fly-kfa in USA, and charged me $250 for it. As I called up Delta Airlines, they said that the normal change fees on a ticket of my class would be $75+taxes amounting to a $95 (approximately). The ticket never got re-issued despite the fact that my card was charged. On appearing at the counter, Delta airlines denied receiving any payments from Kingfisher Airlines (this happened in San Francisco, USA). Nothing has been done so far. Here are the details: =========================== Kingfisher changed the ticket from: 12 May 2009 11pm / Delta 1074 SFO-BLR / Soni Pande to: 1 Jun 2009 6am / Delta 46 SFO-ATL, Delta 184 ATL-MUM, AI 620 MUM-BLR / Soni Pande / PNR: HLKPXG =========================== My grievance is that I was inconvenienced at all times and Kingfisher has charged me double the amount of the change fee (as I was helpless at their hands). I want the balance amount of my money back from Kingfisher Airlines ($250 - $95 = $155). I have a receipt of the payments done to Kingfisher (the change fee charged).
I was charged double the amount, $250 = 12500 (at the time USD 1 = INR 50). I lost an amount of $155 = Rs. 7750.
I want the extra money I paid, back from Kingfisher.
