Compliant Against Universal Travels
I booked 1 bus ticket online through ticket goose from Bangalore to Nagapattinam (travel date: 01/6/2012. The service provider was Universal travels.
When my brother boarded the bus. His found that our seat has been given to someone else. When i checked with the conductor of the bus, But allocated agent through new passenger. He asked ticket checker but we are not behaving properly .Then finally his allocated on cleaner seat. Actually Travels allocated to my brother by seat no 12. Bangalore to Nagapattinam totally traveling time 14 hours. Over night my brother cannot be sleep and incompatible journey.

complaint against travel agent
i have booked hotel from travel guru agent for gangtok on 12/05/2012 & they give me conformatin of Hotel siddlon residency in gangtok for 2nights(25/05/2012&26/05/2012),but when i reach in gangtok & contact to hotel they aske me here no any booking for you, then i called to travel agent they alloted to another hotel but there is only one basement room avilable , so i called agian to agent and they ask me to arrange another hotel your self & we give to you full payment refund to you witin 7 to 10 days, but till date they can not give me my bookin amount Rs.7761/-, i am follup from 25/05/2012 to till date but they giveme reply only your amount is under approval,so look in to the matter & give my amount as earlier possible.

bad business practice by WWW.CLEARTRIP.COM
I booked air tickets (Delhi-Dubai-Delhi) for my Wife and daughter wide Trip ID: 1205275590, 1205275497. But while boarding they felt lot of inconvenience because of not getting the prescribed seats 14E & 14F as confirmed by cleartrip. My daughter is a minor and sure like to sit with her mother and once the seat number was confirmed should not be changed.They play a tricky game with a lady passenger and found nobody inside the Airport / Aircraft to solve the problem. I called many times at their tool free number but found nobody there to help them.
Its a serious matter, I am looking cleartrip to refund my money (with interest and compensation) back failing which we are planning to file a case a consumer court of law. AMIT AGRAWAL - Mobile 9810139334

my travel agent get too much money for me
sir i am honey from jalandhar punjab my fight was 18 august 2012 delhi to trinidad in klm airlines my ticket prize is 1,10000 indian rupees but my travel agent give me ticket
in 1,90000 indian rupees my dad all hard work money waste my travel agent and in airport immigration not give me boading pass they say my documents not complete
and my travel agent book my hotel in 25,000 indian rupees but real amount is 10,000 thousnd indian rupees and after immigration refuse me she is get back all money but she is say to mehotel and airline not back my money and all money waste my dad very hard work person he spend all hard work money my travel agent name is sudesh bahagt

Complaint against Travel Guru for non-refunding the hotel cancellation
I booked a hotel at Port blair from 21 Dec. 2012 to 27 Dec. 2012 with a condition of full refund (with in 5 days) on cancellation through Travel Guru (Address: 802 C, Eureka Towers, Mindspace Malad, Link Road, Malad (W), Mumbai , D: +91 22 61539500 • F: +91 22 4003 4878). I cancelled the booking from 24 Dec to 27 Dec. 2012 (Travel Guru Transaction ID:TGU0000843728) on 28 Nov, and subsequently I got an e-mail mentioning a refund of Rs. 6722 will be made within 5 working days. But after 5 days they sent me consecutive 2-3 mails mentioning that they will take another 3 days, 2 days like that and finally they don't respond. Whenever I called them, in general after a long waiting (10-15 min) time without giving specific reasons used to give tell due to technical problem they are not able to refund but they will refund within in some mentioned date. Every time they have given false promise without keeping their words. Even, they sent me 2-3 mails also mentioning some date also, but they did not refund. In the mean time I went to the hotel for stay there was also no clear information, as a result, I faced some problems with my family. Even hotel was also not giving me any document regarding my check-in and check-out time, as instructed by Travel guru. As I paid the amount through my credit card, credit card deducted the total amount from my bank account. In the mean time I faced some financial problem because of extra payment of credit card bill. Since today (29/12/12/ I have not received the refund amount.
In this situation I would appreciate if you could register my complaint to take necessary action against Travel Guru for non-refunding my cancellation amount, harassing, and wasting my valuable time. In this regard I would also expect they should pay some extra amount for harassing and false committing the customer.

Cheated from Travel Agent
Last few days back i visited Jayanti / Buxa/ Samsing with my family,I booked the hotels & Safari through M/S-Vascodagama Tours & travels well in advance last Aug-12 & made the payments through Cheque the Major amount,but on reaching there I found that no payments are made to the Hotels / Resorts for Safari or transportation,I was just looted & cheated by the agent- M/s Vascodagama travels,I need justice as i had to face lots of harassment & trouble through out my tour & had to Pay twice to the hotels/resorts due to this Agent.How I can recover the amount now or justice for the same pls let me know & oblige.

Cheating by clear car rental online travel site
we have booked 2 innovas from clear car rental online site for 9 days trip in North with a assurance of innovas to be 1 year old double ac and permit vehicles. However, to our disappointment we were cheated on all counts, they provided private vehicles and charged us for permit vehicles, secondly one innova was not even double ac, it was a base version with no power windows also. thirdly on 9th day we were not given entire day drivers were there only for 1/2 day while they charged us for full day...

Makemytrip Complaint Reference ID 130511-031334.
Makemytripbooking ID NF2106726180591, booked on 22nd April, cancelled on 23rd April. Flight rate is Rs 17040, deducting cancellation charge Rs 2500/, Makemytrip should refund me Rs. 14540. on 23rd April, they confirmed and promised to refund within 3 working days. Since then every 3 working days, I gave them a call, they keep telling me that within another 3 working days it will be processed but giving no reason why it happens. I'm not able to trust them again, please help.
