Hi, I was suppossed to reach Mumbai International air-port from the domestic terminal. The courtesy shuttle service was full and I was informed from the air-port staff that the estimated wait time was about two and a half hours. So I was forced to hire some room, Would trwo a very bad image on Mumbai and it's administration. Foreign tourist would think twice before landing in Mumbai. International image of MUmbai would deteriorate further.
