Dear Sir,

I had booked ticket on 24th March 2009 for Delhi - Bangkok - Mumbai for Rs.16016
Than I cancelled the same on April 2, 2009, but I have not received tilltoday i.e.23 June 2009 i.e even after 85 days, where as the time for refund is 30-45 days from date of cancellation.

I have followed up many times on phone/mail.

So Request you to take action to get my refund on cancelled ticket with Interest @ 1.50% per month as was charged by my credit card company with penalty of Rs. 350 for non payment of credit card bill.
