Hi,

I lost my bag (checked in) during travelling from delhi-chicago-tampa through american airlines . I made complaint to american airlines office in tampa . They gave some file locator number and now in US they told me that ur claim has been approved and sent all the file to delhi American airlines office . Now in delhi office I never get any response from them ,. Whenever I call in delhi office nobody picks up my call . Sometimes I really feel shame that I born in india ...because no body care about rules and regulations . US office already sent and passed my claim to delhi office but in india they continue delaying my process. Please let me know the steps to be taken to file case against them now . I really need justice now .
