mdlr airlines complaint Respected Sir,
i want to know the case in which airline firstly cancel
the flight (MDLR) on dated 24-may -2009 Goa to Delhi of 13 passenger and assure
that the amount is refund with in two days. i arrange 13 ticket from other source, I
reached Goa in 24 may 2009 with another airlines. I want to come back dated 27 may
2009 with same MDLR airline, but this flight is also cancelled. My Rs 1 Lakh is on
airline but airline is not roll back this money yet dated 28-may-2009. Kindly help
with, what are the procedure to get my money from airline they say that moneyis
refunded with in 20 days

Respected Sir/ Madam
I conform MDLR Airline 4-5 times that your refund due to
cancellatin of flight is roll back in 2 day. The Flight cancelled in 24-May-2009 and
27 may 2009. So why there is delay 0f 20 day regarding my refund which is app 1 Lakh
. Kindly send this mail to higher authority, or tell me about your high authority
personal. In the terms and condition while booking is not tell about 20 day for
refund due to Your and MDLR airlines. There is haresement. I also apply throgh RTI
ACT 2005 regarding refund and take advise from advocate. They suggest me for
customer court becuase thier is not any fault from my side ,thier is mental
haresement from MDLR airline . So last time please reply this mail earlier for any
further
