    Thumbs down Air Emirates Fraud in Money Refund

    I have cancelled the Air ticket which I have booked by using State of India Visa card on 20 May 2009. I did the online ticket cancellation on 25th May 2009. Almost 3 weeks over and there is no refund in my ticket.
    My Ticket No:1762126860649 (Reference No: CATSXW).
    Kindly take necessary action to maintain good service with Emirates. I mailed so many time, there is no response to refund my money (AED 1715.00).
    Very bad response from Emirates.

    Default Air Emirates fraud in ticket refund

    Hi,

    I have cancelled the Air ticket which I have booked by using Visa card . I did the ticket cancellation on 18th August 2009. Almost its 2.5 months now and there is no refund in my ticket.
    My Ticket No are :1762111828756 and 1762111828757 , Name: Shivendra singh, Passport No: E9607331.
    Kindly take necessary action to maintain good service with Emirates. I mailed so many time, there is no response to refund my money (INR 52000 Approx).

    I have mailed and called customer care many a times but there is no proper response from them.Every time they ask to me contact finance department but no one attend the call when i call finance department.
