Sir,

I, Sanjay Ghosh had bought a Indigo Airline ticket (Ref. no. : EYYBCA) via debit card for 15th of Dec. for Mr.S.Hazra but due to unavoidable circumstances had to cancel the ticket. They assured me to revert back Rs.10,931/- . But after repeated remainders over phone no money has been debited to my account yet. I had also mailed the concerned department of Indigo but all in vain.

Please look into this matter and treat this urgent as this is a case of large amount.
