I Ghanshyam Ramchandra Agarwal, son of Ramchandra Agarwal, age: 51 booked my flight ticket for traveling to Bagdogra Airport with Spicejet airlines and chancelled my Ticket on 22 November 2010, viz PNR No. - X653CF.
Sir, for the cancellation spicejet is liable to refund me Rs. 10316.00 within 5-7 working days(from 22nd November 2010).
Sir i have called spicejet customer care no. 18001803333 more then 50 times and email them more then 10 times for non-refund till date. Sir, the company is just making us fool and telling everytime i call that i will get my refund within more 5-6 days, and it is pending since last 50 days. Sir, they say that they have already refunded my amount which is till now not reflected in my bank account of Bank of Baroda.
Even many times they gave me PGI reference number MBBC0103298718 and ask me to contact my bank. When i contact my bank, they told me that No such method is availabe to track the refund with such PGI number because such PGI number is a system of spicejet not of Bank of Baroda. When i contact spicejet again, they asked me my bank statement copy, which i already gave them twice till 30th november, 2010, and 15th December 2010. Sir, they are again and again demanding me my bank account copy, and are not making my refund.
After all suffering i told them that i will get my problem in the eyes of Consumer department, so finally they gave me part refund of Rs. 2855.00. Still Rs. 7461.00 is pending with them and they are just not responding my email since last 4 days, and now i feel that they are avoiding me and my complain.
Sir, this spicejet company is not ready to response and if by chance thier customer care phone number is picked up, they just ask me to send my Bank Statement again, and tell me that they want to check if i have really received the refund. Such company is treating me as a fraud comsumer who is demanding refund again.
I have wasted lots of time and energy and phonecall for my refund but all for waste.
