I had the same issue. I want to sue Kingfisher also.

Kingfisher, first and foremost did not do anything for the passengers until 3:00 PM the next day when we had landed in Brussels at 6:00 PM the previous night! After 2 nights at the Brussels airport sleepiong on teh floor with barely any information from Kingfisher, me and my wife flew out on our own from Brussels. Next day, i got to know that Kingfisher ferried the passengers on a boat.

Today, is the 25th December 2010 and i hvae still not received my baggage. I have had to buy clothes for me and my wife who had come over for a holiday and they dont have any idea when the baggage will reach London or even where the baggage is! Everytime i call kingfisher, they have new story to tell.

I would like to sue Kingfisher and Dr. Vijay Mallya for loss of peace and for ruining my holiday.
