Dear Sir,
I bought a ticket through online booking from Go Air website on 28th March 2011 for my flight from Delhi to Bangalore(for 11th May 2011) Ticket No: TR5VNI & 5JS9HL.
Due to some reasons, I have to cancel the ticket. But instead of the refund amount, Go Air wants me to issue a Credit Note to be utilized for further booking within 12 months. I am not sure of any future plan to travel by air.
I want a cash refund instead of Credit Note. Please help me in getting my refund transferred to my net banking payment account.
And for your kind information nowhere in the booking ticket it is written that in case of cancellation they will issue credit note.
Looking forward for a quick redressal on my above issue.

PNR No being XBOIK7. i cancelled the ticket on line on 05/02/2012 . I have contacted Go air authorities many times , so for they have not refunded the amount. i have given them the mail Id and The contact no given while booking
I want a cash refund . Please help me in getting my refund transferred to my net banking payment account.

I had cancelled my ticket from Patna to Pune about a month back, I havnet received cash back but a credit note.
I do not wish to use a credit note, if it can be encashed and same amount can be credited back to my card that will be great.

please suggest what can be done to get the cashback.

i have to complain that agent STYLZ SERVICES MUNSHIPULIA INDIRA NAGAR LUCKNOW IS CHARGING MORE MONEY ON CANCELLATION OF TICKET OF MY DAUGHTER
