Dear Sir,

I had booked a couple of ticket for bangalore to Imphal.. I booked the ticket by 4 months earlier. Unexpectedly,one of the customer care person called me one day before the departure and told me that our flight will be prepone from kolkata to Imphal. Actually,our bangalore to kolkata flight will reach kolkata by 9am,but they prepone the kolkata to imphal by 7.30am by that time we will be still on the way to kolkata. We call up the customer care again and told them to arrange an alternate flight. But instead of helping out, they said there is no seat available for the next three days. Our ticket was confirmed from the day when we book the ticket and was prepone by the KINFISHER without proper arrangement. They want me to stuck in Kolkata in which by the time when we reach kolkata,our kolkata to imphal flight will be already on the way to Imphal..I never expect this kind of customer service and the way they treat the passenger.."ITS LIKE SOMEBODY CUT OUR TONGUE BEFORE EATING FOOD WHILE WE ARE DAMMED HUNGRY!" I just want to send a message to them that is this the way they treat/respond to customer inspite of having a high expectation towards them???? What am i suppose to do now?? I have to stay in kolkata to wait for the next flight for 4-5 days while i'm eagerly waiting to spend christmass with my family???????
