Hi,

This is with regards with Indigo Flight from Kolkata to Bangalore on 18th Nov 2010 at 4:55 pm. My friend for whom i booked the ticket through my Credit Card was not allowed to board the flight even she was 1 hour 10 mins before the departure time.

She was told to wait and wait till when the time left was 20 mins and suddenly the person who told her to wait vanised from there and at last she was told that she is not on time and can not board the flight.

Because of which she was not able to attend the meeting which was scheduled.

Even the Behaviour of the employee was very rude even she was a girl.

PLease look into the matter. As the Airlines doesnot put there clauses in Bold letter and at last we have to bear teh cost.
