Hi,

I have recieved a call on 3rd Nov'10 at 12.02 pm from the number 011 66036750 from Club Leisure call center that I have been selected in the Lucky Draw. I was informed that, I will get one watch, free holidays and a card with 20% discount in many restaurants, Hotels, Hospitals and Grossary Shop. They asked for my Credit Card details for verfication and deducted the amount of Rs 5509 on same call which was not informed to me and gave me ID number 290722 and asked me to contact 011 45738585 for further details.

Later when I realised that I was charged Rs 5509, I immediately called up 011 45738585 and I got the reply from executive that issue will be resolve in 24 hrs. I waited for 24 hrs but no one called me. I called up again and than it was told me that I have to wait for 48 hours for reply.

On 8th Nov'10, I got a call again from Club Leisure and they were trying to convince me to keep this product/offer and again gave me false hopes that I will get discounts in grossary shops and free holidays for which I did not agree.

I have also complain in police station on 6th Nov'10 and I will go further if I dont recieve my money back.
