This is Dileep and I am following up from last 6 months to settle a disputed transaction with details below:

Credit Card Holder’s Name: Dileep Kumar
Transaction reference Number: 75140680089029809327054
Date: 29th March 2010

As a result of an un-successful booking from kingfisher website using by Citibank credit card I was charged Rs. 63,228 but I have not received any PNR/confirmation for the same. After numerous communication over phone and mail, Kingfisher web booking team has confirmed that the transaction was not successful and hence my credit card was not charged. They have also mentioned about the possibility of money being held at the member bank for some time. The activity date of this unsuccessful transaction was 29th March 2010 but the money seems to be still on hold at the member bank as Citibank has still not received the money back and hence charging the same on my card. Its already more than 6 months and the refund is still awaited.

As per my understanding the transaction was not successful, hence Citibank should get the money back from the member bank and I am not liable to pay anything for the booking.

It took me more than 2 months to get a confirmation back from your team that “No PNR was generated” for that transaction and my credit card should not be charged.
