Cancelled flight ticket refund - Paramount Airways Date of flight 10 Sep 2010. Booking ref PNR 0M9MOD, flight no I7479, from Chennai to Madurai for passenger - Abdul Gani.
The flight has been cancelled without proper intimation, when i called to the customer care they said the full refund will be processed with 10 days but afterwards there is no response from them for my mail or calls even I have forwarded the mail to their finance manager supriya@paramountairways.com
Please advise...
