Hi,

I booked my ticket for Kingfisher airlines on 20th September for Bangalore to Patna.
I was supposed to travel on 10th October,2010 by IT-104 from Bangalore to Mumbai.
My flight was at 9:00 am from Bangalore and was supposed to reach by 10:25 am, next connecting
flight was from Mumbai at 11:40 am on the same date.
But today on 9th October I got a message that flight IT-104 got delayed and the timing chaged from 9:00 am to 9:40 am.

I contacted the Kingfisher airlines customer care regarding that,( becoz it is a connecting flight operated by Kingfisher) they are telling I will not be able to take my 11:40 am flight IT 3571 Mumbai to Patna, though it is operated by the smae airlines.

I was asked to cancel my tickets, as they wont be able to delay Mumbai Patna flight.

I have done this booking through Makemytrip at the cost of 7133 INR. Now all the tickets are of Minimum 10-12 thousand INR.

So why they put that Bangalore Patna Flight in the website as it is fake. And who will be responsible for my loss of money and time?

Kindly let me know,what needs to be done?
