I booked Air India ticket without reading reviews online, and writing one after seeing their service at Mumbai Airport.
My wife is traveling USA with 2 old year baby and she has 2 cabin baggage and a kids trolly, when she landed from Chennai to board Air India flight, there was no help offered to handle the language till next terminal, where as in other private airlines they have staff even to help people who are single and above 50 years.
One day AI need to close the shop if they are this much unfriendly with their customers.
