On dated 30th of September 10 at mentioned time 6:30 am on our ticket but they didn't @inform us flight departured at 5:30 due to which we missed the flight.
@@ @ @ @ @Miss Sheetal who was present at kingfisher counter in goa airport didn't cooperate with us .
She gave us the excuse that she had given a call to our travel agent just one day before.but when we talked with the travel agent says that @they received a call, but without any communication phone disconnected and they didn't receive another call from kingfisher.
If@there@is@any@possibility@please@try to refund our money.
