    Arrow Payment receipt not received from yatra

    Hi Customer care Team,
    I was booked a Air ticket on November 4th to go to Singapore through my credit card.
    After made the payment power get suddenly went off and I unable to get the payment receipt/documents.
    Please find the details as below.
    BOOKING REF: 8TJFZO
    RESERVATION NUMBER(S) AI/Y6GB7
    E Ticket:098 3572359128.
    If you need any more details ,please contact senthil.svm@gmail.com
    I kindly request you please provide me the Payment Reciept to claim the amount in my company.

    Hi,


    My name is Anand Tripathi, I booked a ticket (Ref no - 04011230104) for two persons on 4 jan 2012, by mistake; the name of both the passengers were same in the ticket, I contacted customer care and they said that only way to rectify it is to cancel one ticket and book a new one; so I cancelled one and booked a new ticket for the same(ref no - 04011231743).


    Till this; it was okay. I was told that the cancellation charge would be 750+300 for one cancellation but I saw that 2100/- has been deducted from the refunded amount (Ref no - 04011230104).


    Can any body explain me why the charge got doubled(2100) when the cancellation charge is 1050.

    Hello,

    Since nobody replied from yatra, I am following up. I came to know the reason of wrong refund on 8th of march on my journey date, when I reached the check in counter of jet airways, they told me that you don't have any booked ticket. I was stunned and asked the reason. They told me that technicaly your ticket is not a valid ticket, ticket's amount is with them but there is no itinerary. I got mad at them and told them if it means that both the tickets are cancelled then my total amount would have been refunded to me, why did they kept the amount of a single ticket with them until I reached airport for journey.

    They said it's not your fault but the fault of your booking agent (yatra.com), if you want to travel today, you need to take a new ticket on the same PNR at our current rates. My journey was necessary so I took a new ticket on the same PNR for 14720 Rs. They said they will refund the old ticket amount to my agent.

    I am very much frustrated by the behaviour of airline and this technical fault of yatra.com or Jet airways. I paid 14720 Rs. without having my fault. I want this money back; since it's not my fault. I felt mentally tortured that day; my whole journey felt like a curse to me. If nobody replies; I would think of going to consumer court and file a case against airline and yatra, and teach a lesson to both.

    Date of journey: 8th March 2012
    Airline: Jet airways
    Bangalore to varanasi
    Flights- 9w 0804 and 9w 0723

    Default yatra.com is not giving back my refunds.

    i had booked two air tickets in yatra.com from ranchi to mumbai for 4th may 2012 of kingfisher.
    details are:
    1. ujjwal sahu (myself)- (dob- 16.06.1983) airline pnr- MRIONC. ref no.-12031221632.
    2. kuldip kumar , (uncel) (dob-3.5.1955) airline pnr- PUSWGH, ref no.- 12031222017.
    unfortunately my flight got cancelled as kinfisher is in deep trouble. now i wish to get back my complete air fare refund in both tickets. for this i have made several cxalls many times but the incompetent service of yatra.com has not given my refund. this mental trauma and deep inconvenience has caused my huge losses. i now need a compensation as well with interest. every time i call you, your personnels namely- gulshan goria (on 3rd may for more than 15 mins), manish jha (on afternoon of 3rd may for more than 25 mins or so), vijay kumar sharma, nadeem ahmad (gurgaon callcentre of yatra at 2345 hrs on 3rd may till call got disconnected on 0016 hrs of 4th may), etc have failed. they are only fit for forwarding calls from one place. all of these have kept my call on hold for more than 30 mins. mr. vijay and nadeem have also promised to call back but no one called back.
    kingfisher airlines on the other hand did not even inform regarding cancellation of flight. later i requested them to accomodate me on other airlines but they straight away refused. i came to know this on 2nd may. by this time the air fares had gone up from previous 3,935 to 12,600 for 4th may. rest were also more than two times expensive. finally i requested them for refund but they said as i had booked from yatra so ask them for refund. on same time i called yatra also but there was a poor and sluggish response.
    this is extremely shameful that yatra has a such a policy to torture its clients so that they loose patience in order to avoid refund.
    what is my fault i dont understand, just because i booked tickets from yatra.com, is this my fault?
    i am very much stressed out as now as per yatra and kinfisher if i donot finish my reclaim call for refund then no money will be returned. if go online and try to cancel then i cannot cancel before 24 hours and also there will be huge deductions in other cases.
