I have made a Ticket From Pune to Jammu in Tatkal Waitlist but my all seat Didn't
got conform when i call at 139 they said me " that my amount will get refund
automatically in my Credit card " but when i saw my Credit Card statement the
amount did not got credited. Than i call 139 Again they said " that you should had
filed TDR but it , Now no use as You have to file TDR with in 30 days " just
because of the miss guarding i was unable to get my refund I would Request you to
please look in to the matter and give My refund back to my card.
