    Dear Sir,

    Ref : Frequent Flier No.100841591

    Kindly refer our various correspondence.

    We regret you have not resolved the matter and would like to inform you that
    total paid to Sahara India are as under :

    The total amount charged in credit card no.************7449
    are Rs.41,143/- + Rs.7,695/- + Rs.462/- and the tickets issued have already
    been submitted to your Sahara Office.


    Related correspondence is enclosed for your reference.

    An immediate action on above is requested. In case you fail to resolve this
    matter we will be forced to refer this matter to consumer court entirely at
    your risk and cost.

    Mr Tikku, I regret we are unable to retrieve any transaction on the credit
    card you mentioned, which is also in variance with our records.



    We regret our inability to proceed forward in absence of reissued ticket
    numbers. However, would appreciate if you could provide the same to enable
    us to examine the issue further.

    Post Claim for Missing baggage

    The Manager,
    Jet Lite

    Dear Sir,

    CLAIM FOR MISSING BAGGAGE


    Following expenses had to be incurred due to the fact that our bag of 20 kg which contained our clothes and other valuable items had been misplaced. I shall be much grateful to you if you would take action to defry such expenses , LKR 85000.00

    (1) Hotel charges as we had to stay at Maharaja Hotel in Kathmandu since we were not able to proceed to Medical College on due date.

    (2) Taxi charges for traveling up and down.

    (3) Additional amount of money had to be spent for the domestic flight at the rate of 92 dollars for each person instead of traveling by taxi to Medical College.

    (4) Telephone charges for the calls taken to the Airport to inquire whether the bag has been received.

    (5) Taxi charges for traveling to kathmandu Air Port after 4 days as it was difficult to get information by telephone calls.

    (6) Money had to be spent for the purchase of new clothes and shoes since the bag with our clothes had not been received even after 4 days.

    (7) Pain of mind caused due to loss of invaluable clothes and items.
