This is with respect to a flight ticket I had booked in the name of Mrs.
Priyanka Misra for 16th October 2008, from mumbai to lucknow on jetlite
airlines.
The booking was done through the credit card in the name of Mr. Pankaj
Misra. The cancellation for the same was done on 5th september. I was given
a virtual coupon record numbered 7052402649473.and PNR- LTYAMH and was
assured that the amount would be refunded to me in 21 working days

I have not yet received the refund in the account till now inspite of mine
having reminded personnel at the jetlite counter and writing to the
concerned department at info@jetairways.com again and again.

What should I do now and how should I proceed? I want to book a case against
them for the trouble they are causing to me since last 5 months and the
negligence they pay to consumers.
