My name is Mueen Sait from Bangalore, India, I had used the Make My Trip website to book a Bangalore Mumbai Air ticket on Air India for the 27th of Feb 2009. The ticket was booked and payment was made by credit card for around four thousand. When i went to the airport and proceeded to check in, the Air India staff denied me entry stating that the ticket PNR was invalid. They looked confirmed reconfirmed and said again that the ticket was Invalid. I had to leave for Mumbai immediately so I paid cash and bought another ticket from the counter on the same flight. After getting back I have regularly kept calling and sending mails to Make My Trip to give me a refund but there is no response what so ever. Every time I call they say it will take 7 days for refund bit it's been 48 days now and I am still waiting for my refund.
PLEASE HELP ME TAKE ACTION AGAINST SUCH FRAUDULENT COMPANIES LIKE 'MAKE MY TRIP'.

We have been using Internet Booking for Air, Rail and Hotel for years now. But with Makemytrip cheating so many of its online customers (including me) I am scared we are creating a completely wrong impression of this internet booking convenience that we have.

If you search the internet you will get innumerable cases of cheating and some even termed as robbery by MakeMyTrip.

Should we consumers wake up and get alerted by such fraudulent company and drag them to the consumer court.

Hi all the victims of Makemytrip , I am also a victim like you , I am planning to bring a class action against make mytrip both civil and criminal . please collect as much victims as possible I will be in touch with you all soon , by the way I am a lawyer in Supreme Court so I will bring all the legal provisions in statute book against Makemytrip .

This is to inform u that ticket was book for 27 feb and conforming mail was received fm make my trip for three pax, one pax name
was cancel for which we have applied credit and balance 2 pax were on th same pnr no but when we went to the airport We were inform the date was booked for 28 feb and not 27 feb without me changing the dates , that menace after not receiving conformation from go air make my trip has changed the dates to 28 feb as it has sent me conformation mail for 27 feb at time of booking .
As the pnr is same for both ticket at the time of booking that is 27 feb and 28 feb how can i make the changes without paying cancellation charges for the same pnr . Pl look into this matter as make my trip has a software after receiving conformation fm the airline they dates change with the booking made with out consumer knowledge as they can put blame on costumer but since they send us mail as to conform the booking at the booking time that is the proof that the booking is made correct and it is not the fault of the costumer.I HAVE SENT MANNY MAILS TO MAKE MY TRIP BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANSWER OR REPLY FOR THE SAME PL TAKE UP THE MATTER AS LACKS OF COSTUMER LIKE ME ARE LOOSING CORES OF RS AND THESE AGENCY ARE CHEATING THE COSTUMER AND MAKING PROFIT .
