Hi,

I have made an on-line booking on Air Sahara's website
airsahara.net for me and my parents from Hyderabad to Calcutta and
back. I have booked the on-line tickets on 12/01/2007 amounting to INR
13,500, which was paid by credit card. Since my itinerary changed, I
had to cancel the tickets. I cancelled the tickets on 18/2/2007. I was
told that the refund (amounting to about INR 7,000) would be credited
back to my credit card account within 20 working days. I have been
repeatedly calling them up about the refund not being credited to my
credit card account, and each time getting the same response that it
is in process. Till today I have not got any refund for the amount.
Can I take a legal recourse?
Is yes, whith whom and how do I take this up?
