Just because of airlines fault I had lost my very important training.After reaching New Delhi I had contacted with kingfisher representative, they told me they will refund full amount and then cancelled my ticket.

Just because of airlines fault I had lost my very important training and I'm still ready to bear one side cancelled amount but I'm not ready to take any mental torture at all which I'm getting from CC.

I'd several times mailed to support@yatraonline.com as well as had made several calls to customer care but i got no support.
They had tortured me even still going on.
