    Default Non refund of cancellation money by Yatra.com

    Sir,

    I had cacelled my ticket : Mumbai to Kolkata, scheduled for 8th of April on the 2nd of april. The flight details are as follows:
    Airline PNR: HIGLIO, Issuing Airline: 9W-Jet Airways Konnect, Flight Number: 2019.

    The yatra authorities prompty replied upon the cancellation that my money would be refunded within 7 days. I have the facts in the mails that they sent. Since then I am yet to receive my money(Rs. 2169) back. They even gave me one Yatra reference id: ZHCC3C which they se to track my payment. I have called them inumerous times since then and everytime i call them the person says that i would get my money back in 2 days time.

    Please help me out. I want some action to be taken against the airline so that they learn a lesson and do not harass their customers like this.

We hope you must have received the same into your account. We would request you to kindly check with your Bank for the credit amount incase it is still pending.
