We are sorry to hear about your experience while dealing with Cleartrip Customer Care.
Based on the data available with us and subsequent conversations which have taken place between our Call center executives and you, it can be concluded that the names displayed on the ticket were exactly in the same manner they were entered into the system. You were initially misguided by the Airline official by stating Rs.700 as the cancellation penalty for the entire booking which in reality was Rs.750 / Passenger / Sector.
Based on the last communication between you and our Team Leader, you have requested us not to cancel the booking until further intimation from your side.
Since the booking is claimed to be in the name of Invalid Passengers, we would request you to go ahead and cancel the booking as soon as possible, else it would be termed as No Show with only Rs.225/Passenger refunded to your account.
