Refund from makemytrip I had booked ticket to Blr to ahmd to Delhi to hybd to blr for colleague from Poland and me. But, due to volcanic ash problem, he could not visit India. hence I was forced to cancel the tickets in all segments of the travel. During the cancel makemy trip deducted Rs. 1000 per perosn in each leg of the ticket. In my opinion this cancellation is not due to the business or personal reason. This completely due to the unforseen reason of volcanic ash. hence I am asked makemytrip not to charge cancellation charges.
But make my trip refuse to understand my reasoning and just deducted the charges. How do I approach makemytrip and enure that I get mu cancellation charges

refund my amount twice charged by make my trip Sir , i have been charged twice while booking a domestic flight ticket from kolkata to guwahati and never recived a ticket.As i have been in hurry i was not able to check my account and when i found that from the mobile message of SBI that it has been charged twiced i felt disturbed and tried to contact on the customer care no. but there was no response .So i humbley request to refund the amount 4060 /RS to account no 20033792317 of SBI.(and pls see the attach file which shows the slip of account book, POS 445185 & POS 445421 BILL DESK)
