the website people are not responding to the status of booking and also not refunding the entire amount even though it was entirely the error in their website due to which the ticket is not being confirmed.
Please suggest us how to go about it.

Dear Rohit Batta,
With reference to your post, kindly note that within 6 hours of you making your booking yestreday i.e. March 24, 2010, the e-Ticket was sent to the address you specified at the time of booking. We have emailed the same to you again. If you have not recieved it, kindly specify an alternate email address we can send it to you at.
