Respected Sir,

I had make a booking to jet airways flight through makemytrip.com service whose details are given below:

Non-Stop Flight
Duration: 2h 30m Departure
Bangalore
Wed, 10 Mar '10 (09:15) Arrival
Kolkata (Calcutta)
Wed, 10 Mar '10 (11:45) Class: Economy

and return ticket:
Airline: Jet Airways 9W-2451
Non-Stop Flight
Duration: 2h 20m Departure
Kolkata (Calcutta)
Sun, 14 Mar '10 (06:15) Arrival
Bangalore
Sun, 14 Mar '10 (08:35) Class: Economy


and the details of the charges that they have made (which I have collected from my bank)

Date - (10/2/2010)
Amount - (5520/-)

and I cancelled my tickets due to some personal reasons whose details are:

Cancellation Date : 27 Feb 10
Ref No Cancellation : IN0912R0292973
Penalty : Rs. 900
Refund Amount : Rs. 4,620


Its being long time now and they have still not refunded my money. I am due to my bank for my credit card’s bill and need to pay it on or before 07th of every month. I need to get this fund back to me before my due date. According to there policy it should have refunded it to my card after 7 working days but it did not happen.
I tried to reach them by call (18001028687) and by mail (ops.care@makemytrip.com) but they are not responding to me.

Attached is the document which talks about there refund status.

I am not left with any option, hence contacting consumer court to get my refund.
