I booked a ticket in spicejet with the above mentioned detail.On the day of journey the flight got cancelled due to bad weather hence i was forced to fly in go air by paying exorbitant amount.Spice jet people confirmed me that refund of the ticket will be forwarded to my banker automatically.I have written two reminders to spicejet through e-mail but still did not get my refund.Please help me out.
