I have booked international travel ticket form Hyderabad to Stockholm.
With this itinerary no one can travel comfortably . there is lot of risk in this.

I have identified the following risks:

1. One should have Transit visa to travel from LGW(GatWick airport) to LHR(Hearthrow airport),
most of the people is not aware of this. This crime as per UK laws.

2. Who will provide transport from LGW to LHR. It is our own expense almost RS:6,000 to 8,000 this not mentioned in any where.

3. The time gap to travel between these air ports is 2 HR 40 Minutes. This is insufficient time to travel.
a) To come out form LGW after immigration checking and baggage collection tool at least 45 min
b) To travel from LGW to LHR toll atleast 75 minutes
c) To check in the baggage and security chek in at LHR take at least 60 minutes
total time is 45+75+60 = 190 min but we have only 160 minutes

4) Customer service is also not upto the mark, each time they keep on changing their words/promise

I would like to take legal action against this on Makemytrip , please help to know how to proceed and where to complain
