On 17th December 2008 I cancelled my ticket for Kolkata Imphal by Kingfisher on 18th as the flight was preponed and my schedule from Bangalore Kolkatta was not matching.At the time of cancellation I was told by the customer care executive that the same amount INR 2675 will be refunded within 21 working days and was given a ref no 0902163815139.
After 21 days when I contacted again they told I should write a mail to their guestcare for the refund.I did so on 21st of January 2009 and after a reminder on 30th January 2009 got the reply on 31st Jan that the same amount will be reversed on my next credit Card statement.
Now my credit card statement has come but there is no amount as such reflecting on my card.
What should I do now??

On 10 july 2011 I was book my ticket on my name Mr Laiby nohro ticket no 0905347059436through c-5c/10A no 5 janakpuri New Delhi ATA agent no 14368270 KF phn no 9810106276 Therefore, on OCT 5 due to trafic jam I was late by 3 minute so,I had cancelled my ticket why still my ticket amount had not been refund to the agency within the due date I reguested you kindly refund my amount to the same as well as contacts them any information regarding about that.I have expected my amount should refund within the date In this regards please informed any suggestion here the folloing my detail mr.
