I made a booking with Indigo Airlines via Travelocity online booking service for 3 flight tickets on 25 December for flight on 27th Dec from New Delhi to Mumbai for my relatives. They reached the airport on time and got the boarding passes with luggage checked in. They reached at the flight boarding point 10 minutes before the scheduled departure. They were not allowed to board. Now they are refunding the money. They arguments are self contradictory. They are
1) No show
2) Not allowed for rude behaviour.
I cannot understand how these two things can go together. Apart from monetary loss, my relatives, two ladies with a small kid had to suffer mental harassment all alone at the airport. Instead of helping, the airline authorities were very rude. They took the boarding pass and didn't returned it back.
I need the refund of my ticket cost back if not the cost of the harassment we had to go through. The TRAVELOCITY Trip ID was 100049172. Ticket details were

Besides that I found travelocity authority also insincere in their behavior. In spite of my several mails and call they are dilly dallying the whole thing.
