    Default Nonrefund by Yatra.com

    Dear Sir,
    I had got an indian airlines ticket booked from Silchar to Aizwal through Yatra using my Axis Bank Debit card. The Yatra Booking Reference No is 09A61. Since the flight got cancelled i got the original ticket endorsed by indian airlines counter at Sichar for full refund. A mail was sent to Yatra.com by me on 16 Jun 09 asking for refund. Yatra.com replied back asking for Original copy of stamped ticket. The same forward to their office at Gurgaon by registered post to which they acknowledged through mail. After this more than five months have expired and no money has been refunded. All my enquiry mails are answered as " Please bear with us for few more days". May i therefore request you to kindly expedite my refund at the earliest

    Hello,

    Send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of Yatra.com about your problem, mention all the complaints no. registered with customer care and other relevant document like email received from Yatra and ask them for the refund + 12% interest + Damages within the mentioned period of 15-20 days.

    Note: Do not forget to keep the slip of registered post in safe, it will help you if you need to knock the Consumer Forum against yatra.
