Iam A.Ahamed Zubair,Architect mailing from Dubai.
I wish to register a complaint against AirIndia Express airliner due
to the following cited reasons that,
-During my onward journey with my family from Dubai to Trivandrum by
AirIndia Express flight No.IX314,vide PNR no.IX00354117,dated 20
dec2005,with a special service request SSR paid by me for providing
me with a babycot onboard for my Infant named Affan Ansari aged
6months.(Note:All payments made through Credit Card over internet
booking).
-I was not provided with a babycot inspite of my several appeals
onboard causing great inconvenience.
-This service denial was reported to the Customer support of
Airindia express,several times through E-Mails,but availed no prompt
response and action.
-therefore ,i wish to lodge a complaint against the respectives
seeking justice and suitable compensate me for Dhms.5000/-(Five
Thousand Arab emirates Dirhams only)for the physical and mental
disturbances caused due to denial of the Special sevice availed.
-Kindly investigate in this matter and get me a favourable reply at
the earliest.
-All records reporting the complaints to the customer support are
preserved for your kind perusal.
