Hi,

I had a direct flight for lucknow to banglore (1 stop at delhi) on I jan 10. Flight departure timing was 3.30PM and there was huge rush on the road due to new year. I reached airport at 3.05PM but on counter thet said boarding is closed. I requested numerous times to consider small 5 min delay and i have a important work today in bangalore but they didn even care to talk to the field staff and simply said NO to me and 2 other fellow traveller. There were no rush at the airport and airport is very small, it is just a matter of 10 min to board if ground staff have helped me. after 10 min of argument they wrote 3.15 reporting time on my ticket.

I deeply suspect that they have overbooked the flight and therefor they didnt even try to help otherwise I have had similar experience with other airlines and they helped me to rush to the aircraft even before 15min of departure. Other airlines even give many call before closing boarding if any passanger is missing/delaying but here nothing happened. I have already checked in through webcheckin still they have not waited or given call to me.

Jet lite people were so unprofessional that they even did not adjust me in to other flight and simply asked me to book a fresh tickect with current price. This was really so frustating and disappointing.

I had to booked new tickect for 4th Jan with same PNR with double of cost than current ticket for which I had to pay extra Rs-5050/- and upon that they have deducted 1500 instead of 750 as cancellation charge of current ticket with reason that this is "no show" case but actually it was not.
