My grand father of age 85 years yesterday came by jetlite airline form delhi to vishkapatnum. When he reached at vishakapatnum airport and when he didnot find his luggage he enquired about the same from the airport he was told that due to large amount of luggage of the passengers his luggage is coming by next flight. he was told to wait for 3 hours or come in the morning to collect his luggage. As he has to come to our place i.e damanjodi 200km from there so after waiting for 2 hours he left vishakaptnum and come to us . he reached to us at 1 am in the night. When one of our known person went to collect the luggage he was inform by the jetlite repersentative that some one has taken the luggage of my grand father. How rubbish these airline people ???????? How they can give our luggage to any other.????????????? He has items of value worth rupees 1 lac approx in the bag. He is old person thats why he did not kept his luggage in the cabbin as it is not possible for him to carry the luggage wit him.

Till know we have not received our luggage. No body from jetlite coming forward to help us in getting our luggage back.

This also harrased us with mental tension we could not slept for whole night.This lead my grandfather to health problem and he is not well now.

I want jetlite to compensate us for the trouble and misbehave happened with us.
