    dear Sir,

    I Ms Vidya P sanu would like to bring to your notice that the very
    famous Air line The Air India Express is cheating their passengers.
    I'm Actually telling u the incidence which i went through .

    Let me start with how it all started, i actually booked my tickects
    from abu Dhabi to Mumbai by the Air India Express for 31st july
    2005, it was a return tickect, which costed me Dhs 2353/-, but as
    you all must me aware that there was trerible rains in mumbai at
    that time so the flights did not operate & i had to cancelle my
    tickets as the flights were cancelled. And so i asked for a refund
    of my tickects , for which they agreed. but so far i have received
    the refund in parts ,say once i recived Dhs 1400/- , then after
    repeated calling to their head office in mumbai i got another Dhs
    400/-, total so far is dhs 1800/- which is not the amount what i
    paid for the tickects. I have been in contant touch with them
    through mails , always they kept on saying that its under
    investigation , & not to worry i'll be reciving the amount shortly,
    this is what the message given by the customer support. dhs 574/-
    may be not a small amount to the people there , but its matters a
    lot to me as its our hard earned money, & i dont have any intention
    of losing the money for no reason at all.

    Actually the day of travel i.e on 31/07/2005 the flight were
    cancelled due to heavy rains in mumbai, so i had to cancel the
    tickets. inspite to several reminders & talks to your mumbai office
    regarding the same matter , i was always told the systems are down
    due to technical problems etc, so there was a delay in the refunds,
    i have so far not received the full refund. its only Dhs 1700/-
    refunded , but actually i have paid dhs 2353/- for the tickects.

    kindly do the needful at your earliest,

    the last mail i recived is on 25th oct'05 , & so far there is no
    refund of my amount. So kindly help me out to solve the above
    issue , so that innocent people are not cheated in this way.Being
    such a big Airline industry & not responding to the customers is
    really showing their quality of service they give to the people. if
    u want me to fax the ticket copies to u , kindly let me know. i'll
    be very greatful to you if u could guide me so that i wolud not end
    up losing my money.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    Sometime what happens is that airlines authorities float some
    scheme of reduced fare tickets and the persons who purchase these
    ticket is bound by rules and conditions which are inbuilit and
    driven by these conditions. During cancellation they charge or
    deduct heavy amount. As now a days one airline have lauched a
    scheme of Rs.10000 fare of new delhi london. Ticket is valid for one
    year but on cancellation heavy amount is deductable although one
    cancle it in much advance. May be that type of thing in your case.
    You sd consult your travel agent. Do u have photocopy of ticket,
    if so please read the instructions regarding cancellation charges
    leviable.
    If my mistake airline is unable to refund your money, which is
    otherwise admissible, than definately you are entitle for interest
    on the delayed amount alongwith compensation. But for that u have
    to knock door of consumer court.

    I had a cell connection of idea some years ago, which the company
    latter on january 2001 disconnected without giving any notice or
    without any communication. then in June 2001 i got a legal notice
    from the advocate of the said company to pay a sum of rs. 3500 for
    outstanding payment of the bill for that cell connection otherwise
    they will file a legal suit against me. then I in july 2001 through
    my advocate sent a legal notice to the company through reg. ad. to
    prove their claim and to send me my whole statement of account so
    that i can know the outstanding amount and can pay to the company.
    then i didn't get any reply from the company till date.

    Now, yesterday on january 2006, i received their advocate's (a
    different one ) notice that they have filed a police case against me
    u/s. 406 and 420 for non payment of the of a sum of Rs.3100 ??? (they
    too are not sure how much i owes to the company ). and before filling
    that case, they have tried enough through SMS,personal
    visit,tellecalling service and all the way to recover the said sum
    from me but they didn't succeeded so now they filed a police case
    against me.

    Now, i am very much sure that no one had concated me, no
    email,sms, nor any of their recovery agent ever visited to my home
    (the address is not changed during last 8 year) no had called us so
    how they can say that they did enough efforts and i am sure they
    can't prove it also. is this is a breach of trust and cheating on my
    part ? i already asked them to give me my account details so that i
    can settle the dues with them but instead of this, they straightly
    filled the police case !!!


    Can i take action against the company for mental tourchering ?
    can the company file a case after 5 year of the bill ? in which court
    i should go to defend myself against such melice practice. i guess
    legal provisions are for the help of we people and not to harrass
    somebody by this way. if i had refused the company to pay then it was
    right on their part to file the case but i can easily prove that no
    single efforts were made by the company during last 5 year for the
    settlement of the accounts
    Any legal guidence in this matter will be very much appreciated

    Perhaps, they cannot recover any money from you even if you were due something
    to them as it is more than three years old (being applicabl under the General
    Law of Limitation) since they took any action after your sending the reply
    notice to the company. It may be wise to keep copies of the notice you have sent
    to the company in the unlikely event of police acting on the time barred case.

    When they ask you to pay this time, you firmly say PUT THIS TRANSACTION IN
    DISPUTE. I AM NOT MAKING THE PAYMENT FOR THIS AMOUNT, and demand a complaint
    number for it. Mostly they'll avoid giving the complaint number. But you have to
    demand for it. Also ensure u maintain a log of the complaints (I maintain an
    excel file) abt date n time of call, and whom u spoke to. It helps when the
    matter has to be escalated.

    Dear Friend,

    Surprised to learn that such case can also happen without the knowledge,
    confirmation of Card Holder.

    I think best way is = You insist for Transaction Slip copy duly signed by
    you, confirming to pay, which they would not be having. if they produce, you
    can complaint for FRAUD, if not your transaction.

    Post Complain against Malaysian airlines and claim for all the expenses

    I,Anand Agrawal, the Marketing Manager of Luminous Gems Pvt Ltd has booked Flight ticket for 23rd of August 11.55pm from Mumbai to Hong kong from Akbar travels of India Pvt Ltd . The checking staff of Malaysian ( Ms Palavi) had damaged my passport while swiping,on having objected by me she said it didn’t matter. When I proceeded to clear immigration they stopped me saying that my passport has been damaged and also put the stamp on my passport about the cancellation.I again went to malaysian counter and told Palavi why she has checked in my luggage and issued me boarding pass after which Palavi told me to meet Rohan and Arnold, I explained the entire incident to them. After which they told me they have send comment to reservation department of Malaysia and also Mr Arnold told me that he will mail again to reservation department of Malaysia next morning, Mr Arnold and Mr Rohan both has written his name and number on ticket for further communication with them and assured me that Reservation department will postpone my ticket without any charges.


    Next Morning when I spoke to reservation department of Malaysia (Ms Charu and Ms Neha), they told me that I will have to pay the extra charges for postponding the date. On 28th August, I met them personally at Nariman point, Atlanta building 3rd Floor, I also spoke with the manager of Malaysian but he was not at all supportive.

    There is an injustice done with me as because of the mistake of airlines staff I was stopped from boaring the flight. I had to cancell all my appointments lined up at the destination due to which my company had to borne a huge loss. Instead of compensating and understanding the issue, on the contrary the airline is charging extra, which would not be tolerable in any case.

    I want all my claims ( Passport charges, Hotel reservation charges and Postponed charges) and apology letter from Malaysian airlines. I want all the claims as soon as possible otherwise Malaysian airlines would be solely responsible for all media and legal procedure.

    Have you sent a complaint letter to the Co., so far? If yes then provide inform us soon and also provide us the address on which you have communicated with the Co.

    I had a confirmed booking on Flt No AI 111 on 04 may 11 from kolkata to delhi with the following details :-

    On arrival at the airport I was informed that flt is cancelled. the fare has still not bee refunded

    Default Air India Express and Clear trip fooling the customers

    Dear Consumer Court

    I booked the ticket from Mumbai to Kochi-Cochin for 22/10/2011 in the month of July dated
    14 Jul, 2011
    at that time all tickets were available at less rates. and it clearly shows that air fuel surchargee were
    included.
    on 14th Sep2011 I am receiving an email for AirIndia Express
    Today Mumbai - Cochin rates are three times that of July rates they are finding software errors.

    I am not the only customer who is suffering , all the customers has to pay this amount.

    As a customer I feel cheated, does it amount to fraud?

    Post Air India Express and Makemytrip fooling the customers

    I booked a air ticket in air india express through makemytrip from Mumbai to Kochi for 24/10/2011 on 10th Jul, 2011 at that time all tickets were available at less rates.On 13th Sep2011 I received an email from AirIndia Express that i have to pay an additional amout of Rs.2200/- for the confirmation of ticket.
    Today Mumbai - Cochin rates are three times that of July rates they are finding software errors.

    I am not the only customer who is suffering , all the customers has to pay this amount.

    As a customer I feel cheated. kindly take necessary actions as early as possible.

    Default Horrible behaviour by indigo airlines

    SIR,
    This is to bring to your notice that my husband booked a ticket with Indigo airlines on 31st august 2011 (Hyderabad to Kolkata scheduled on 5th Oct.'11 and from Kolkata to Hyderabad scheduled on 9th oct '11.) for me and my infant son.
    On 9th Oct. '11 I reached Kolkata airport 25 minutes before departure due to a massive traffic jam. It was surely NOT intentional. As I reached the counter the staff present there simply refused to listen to me even though they saw an infant with me. A staff named Sumana was simply horrible in her behaviour. There was a couple with two children who were also refused to board the flight because they reached the airport 40 minutes before departure. The staff refused to refund the amount. Instead gave an option to travel the next day.However, the next two consecutive flights were reported full.
    I had a harrowing time due to their ill-treatment and I want action taken against these people. Can I get the occupation chart of flight 6E 348 dated 9th Oct.'11 ? I want to confirm that the flight was not full at the time of departure.
    The airlines is supposed to help people when they are charging a huge some during festival times and not misbehave with its passengers.
