Dear Sir,

I have booked my ticket through goibibo.com and had cancelled the same .
Its been one month , I have contacted the actual air lines Indigo about my return of money, they are telling me that money has been refunded to goibibo.com. I have called goibibo several times they have a pathetic support in dealing with customer.

Every time they give me lame excuses and try to avoid.
