On the evening of 07/09/2009 and after choosing one offer ticket (Rs. 500/= cash back on SBI Credit Card), I had booked an airline ticket (for 08/11/2009, Chennai - Delhi, Air India Flight) through Ezeego1.com.

Instantly, as usual, they deducted the amount from my SBI Credit Card. The website showed the ticket as "confirmed".

I called their Customer Care Centre after half an hour and they also said that Ticket was "confirmed".

When on the next day (08/11/2009 Morning), I went to the Air India counter at the Chennai Airport, to get my ticket before boarding, the Airline officials said that there was no such ticket.

Immediately, I called the Ezeego1 helpline and they said: - "Sorry, Ticket could not be confirmed and they will refund the ticket amount very shortly".

I had no other option than to buy a Cash ticket from the Air India counter, as it was an urgent official issue to be dealt at Delhi on the same day.

After reaching Delhi, I lodged a complaint with the Ezeego1 (for refund of Ticket amount and also for the offer amount). They gave me a "Complaint Number" and said that they would refund the amount within a very short period as this was one of the rare cases where money had been debited but ticket was not generated, despite the two times of verification and assurance.

After lot of calls and wasting my time, they have refunded only the offer amount (i.e., Rs. 500/=) till date. They have not refunded the ticket amount (Rs. 6705/=), that was debited from my Credit Card.

Every alternate day, I call their Customer Care people and they say that:- "now it will be done, today it will be done, tomorrow it will be done, etc.".

Now, I want to file a complaint in Consumer Court regarding: -

1) Refund of my ticket amount plus the offer amount (Rs. 500/=, which already has been refunded by them) because of which I ignored offers from other service providers.
2) Harassment by not ensuring the ticket despite debitting the amount from my Credit Card.
3) Harassment by not refunding the main ticket amount since so many days.

I want to know the procedures and place where I have to lodge my complaint.
