    hi i m writting to take some independent advice. i travelled with airfrance from uk
    to delhi on 11/11/2008, but i received my luggage a day late and on top of that few
    of my stuffs including my laptop, mobile and perfumes were missing from my suitcase.
    my laptop had a lot of data saved and it had data for my project, which was the
    reason of my visit to india. i have been trying to contact airfrance from a long
    time i sent them few emails for which i never received a response and on top of that
    i tried calling their baggage department for about 40 to 50 times but it seems no
    one picks the phone there. i m in a real messed up situation and i m looking for a
    right way to take this matter further.

    Dear Sir,

    Subj. Complaints against Singapore airlines & Star cruise

    here is my story

    I was planning for honeymoon trip to singapore, for taking a VISA you are suppose to
    have the valid confirmed ticket. so booked the ticket and star cruize in advance
    but 2 days before the travel date i came to know that my visa was rejected so could
    not go for my honeymoon trip.

    outcome:- i didnt get refund from the airlines & Star cruize i lost my 100% amount
    (70000)
    they said it is not refundable as per the company policy. but it was the valid reason.
    they didnt allow me to change my travel dates also.

    i booked all these ticket through one of the travel agent in Raipur (CG) who booked
    the trip plan through thomos cook......

    please help me with the necessary action...........
