Hi,
I have lost my baggage by Finnair and i have complent them in the starting they ask me to fill 2 forms that i have done it and they ask the cost of the items in the baggage that also i have given them in writing but now they are telling me that they can not give that much and they have offered me 40000/- but my items in that bag is more then 100000/- there is no need of money i ask them to buy the item and send it to me but they are refusing me to that and they are not reponding any thing back. most of things are for my daughter and emotional feeling is also there with that item but the airlines dont know this. please guide me I want to go to court for them as soon as possibel and tell me what i can do for it.
